Mortgage & Protection Advisors

We are currently expanding our mortgage department as a result of an increase in levels of business and enquiries.

As a mortgage advisor with Moneymark Financial Services you will be expected to close mortgage and life insurance leads provided by us. You will have true access to the whole of the market in respect of mortgages and all general insurance.

We also currently offer specialist insurance products that are not available to all brokers.

As an advisor within Moneymark you will have access to regular training sessions enabling prospective candidates to skill up to IFA level.

Alternatively if you would like a career as a mortgage advisor or in financial services and have the necessary sales and customer service skills to succeed please get in touch and speak to one on our jump start advisors, they will guide you in what you need to be successful in the industry.

Support to include

  1. Fully equipped Central Manchester office to work from if required with rooms available to meet clients on a face to face basis.
  2. A sales process that flexibility to work anywhere in the country remotely. (I would prefer advisors to operate from the office, however if the right advisor were to approach I could adapt our approach to anywhere in the UK as the system is extremely flexible to achieve this)
  3. CRM Software including remote sync with the main office server. All IT systems provided as part of the initial package.
  4. Appointments diarised in real time, clients contacted prior to the meeting to confirm, email confirmation sent to both client and consultant & an automated reminder txt message sent to the clients mobile on the morning of the appointment. I would want the consultant to be available for at least 2 x appointments per day to be conducted over the phone. Consultants & Clients are then free to decide how future appointments are to be done (face to face or non face to face).
  5. Access to full training to allow advisors to qualify right up to Financial Advisor Status if they wish to do so.

For sales from our provided appointments......40% paid on net commission.

Advisors are encouraged to self generate by any means, even if these leads come from the existing client referred from EARL. Full training in generating leads / presentation / sales techniques / closing etc is provided to encourage this further.

For sales from self generated appointments.....50% paid on the net commission.

Previous experience is desirable.
